By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the goods and services you selected. 

We will have accepted that order and have agreed to supply you when the status of your order is first changed to "accepted", "shipped" or "completed". You will be notified by email when that happens (if you have an account, that information will also be available in your history). Notice is deemed to be given when we send the email to the email address you have given. 

When items are in stock, we will dispatch your order for delivery within 7 days of accepting it, though they will usually be dispatched within 2-3 working days of placing the order. If you choose the express delivery option, we will endeavour to dispatch your order within 1 working day. 

For orders accepted for items that are out of stock, or for services to manufacture items, we will dispatch your order within 7 days of us recieving all the items. Again, this will usually be in 2-3 days for standard delivery, and 1 working day for express delivery. If you want the in-stock items to be dispatched earlier, please place a separate order for those items.

Overseas orders: For some international destinations, a customs declaration may be required. You will need to pay any import charges that are required by your customs service. 

Under the distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within a reasonable period of time (the "cooling-off period"). For purchased goods, you may cancel an order for any reason within 7 days of recieving your goods. If you purchase a service (such as building or manufacturing an item to order) the cooling-off period is 7 days from the time your order is accepted, unless the service commences before the end of that period.

Should you cancel your order, you will be required to return the goods, and you will have to pay the cost of returning those goods to us.
